alejandro checked the system and ran all the test on the system and found the compasatator not working properly and replaced for the system to work correctly. he explained every thing to me that he did and repaired. i will ask for this gentleman to return for any other service i need.

I have been a customer of Bayonet for many years, and they have always provided me with the highest level of customer care, service and satisfaction. Saturday night after regular business hours, I called in fully expecting to get a recording. Instead, I was greeted by a warm, friendly and empathetic lady who immediately dispatched an on call - after hours technician to my home to fix my a/c that had stopped working. Amazingly, within 30 minutes, Shawn Combs was in my home and had quickly diagnosed the issue and got me back up and running. We called Bayonet plumbing because of a backed up toilet. Todd came out on a Sat. afternoon and checked everything out and all toilets were working perfectly when he left. My wife and I are very pleased.

Myles is Awesome! He made sure that our new dryer was hooked up to the gas and working properly.
